Our organisation is structured as a matrix that combines line management and responsibility for different functions. The matrix principle is the optimum solution for our organisation with its short decision-making processes and clearly defined responsibilities. A matrix organisation will enable us to produce value-creating activities and maximise the effects of synergies in the group.
Value chain and function areas
The primary activities in the company's value chain are Product & Brand Concepts, Production & Logistics, Sales and Marketing, HR and Finance/IT.
The HÅG, RH, BMA and RBM brands are managed and administered by separate brand managers. The group's support activities are HR and organisation development, finance and IT, management and administration.
